Description
Aim of the project is to analyse human capital formation in the USA and Germany on a comparative basis. Our group will particularly focus on the influence of active labour market policies, in particular training and retraining, on human capital. The project culminates in a conference at Chicago that will bring together the research of the different groups involved.
