Description
The project deals with the management of global production networks. In particular, we develop a network fitness reference framework which defines the arrangement of network capabilities among production sites to achieve an effective and harmonised production network - a state defined as network fitness. Moreover, we define a strategic performance management system that supports the systematic and target-oriented development of global production networks towards this state.
