Abstract
Intellectual property (IP) research often suffers from a lack of inter-disciplinary collaboration not only between the fields of law, economics and management but also between academic and practitioner communities. In this case the author is a member of both and the book makes a valuable addition to the study of IP management, which can be usefully read by both academics and practitioners. For the former it provides an academic study informed by practical experience and for the latter an academic approach to interpreting practice.
