Abstract
If we look at what has been happening in the American market for lawyers in big law firms, then the answer is no. Making a profit is certainly a clear KPI for financial success. However, leadership is not the same as profitable corporate management. As long as people are important for the result, besides technology and AI, the question will arise as to what it takes to effectively align staff towards a common goal.
