This is a contribution to a debate between many scholars on the topic of Michael Porter and Mark Kramer's Creating Shared Value concept (Harveard Business Review, January/February 2011, 62-77, and the critique presented by Andrew Crane, Guido Palazzo, Laura Spence & Dirk Matten in California Management Review, Vol. 56, No. 2 (Winter 2014), 130-153 under the title of "Contesting the Value of "Creating Shared Value".
