Abstract
Just at a time, when hundreds of millions of people around the world closely follow how 22 men are chasing a ball for 90 minutes and at the end, at least according to the English football legend Gary Lineker, the Germans always win, it might be interesting to ask the following question. What if the Germans will make their way into the final and what if, then, their best scorer, let's say Thomas Müller, will be banned from participating in the final match due to elevated reticulocyte counts in his blood?
