Abstract
The phrase "everything could be different", the mantra of the culture of the possible, underpins any alternative scenarios. In transformation studies, this attitude encourages the belief in change by design (change by design), i.e., intentional change according according to certain values and objectives (for example, a more sustainable and socially just socially just). Since more has happened in international energy policy in the weeks following Russia's invasion of Ukraine than in previous decades, this belief has lost ground: could the change only come about through catastrophe? One approach to rethinking and
is Imagineering, and this talk presents the unfolded theory of change on the three levels concepts, practices and ethics.
