Abstract
The aim of the integrated measurement system is to first illustrate the value of the network set-up in achieving company growth, and, secondly, to include instruments to monitor this action as well as helping to adjust and optimize it. This integrated measurement system can be divided into two parts: the internal and the external performance measurement. The in-ternal performance measurement includes instruments for the monitoring of the network from an internal (network) perspective. The external per-formance measurement shows the knowledge scorecard, which has been derived from a balanced scorecard approach (BSC), as an instrument with which to reveal value on a external (corporate) level.
