The Sherpa Romeo Lookup component displays the results of a query of the Sherpa Romeo databse using the values currently set on the item. The values used in the search are (in order of importance):
- ISSN,
- Publication Title,
- Publisher Name
The results indicate which journal was matched and whether the journal and publisher data matches the data currently entered for the item.
The policies that were found are then displayed.
If the search only finds the publisher then care should be taken as the policies displayed will be the default policies for the publisher which may not match the specific policies of the Journal.
The Update button will initiate a new search
