Although a lot of time and money is invested, the desired outcomes - primarily cost and time savings as well as increasing IT flexibility - are missing in many places. But what is the reason for this? Companies often ignore the difference between "Agile" and "agile". The former is a method, the latter a characteristic. You work (according to) Agile - you are agile. Many organizations invest primarily in "hard skills", i.e. tools, methods and frameworks ("Agile"). However, there is a lack of simultaneous development of the "soft" factors, i.e. culture, leadership, change management, etc., which are equally important for successfully shaping agile transformation. This is exactly where the Competence Center comes in. The Competence Center brings researchers and practitioners together to jointly shape agile transformation. The aim is to offer our partners a platform for exchange that is unique in Switzerland and to actively support them in establishing a customer-oriented and agile organization that not only works agile but also thinks, leads and acts agile.AgileTransformationITCIOChange ManagementCultureCC Agile Transformationapplied research project
