For this purpose, the legal questions arising at the intersection of the two areas of law – labour and migration law – are systematically covered to show the specific problems of a «labour migration law». The main focus lies on questions surrounding access to employment and the labour rights of employed migrant workers, in which the areas concerning access to employment (job search and recruitment), protection of the labour market, access to information, equal treatment, collective rights and rights of irregularly employed migrant workers, rights to remain and legal protection are examined in more detail. This uniform view of the two areas of law – labour and migration law – makes it possible to highlight the different interests that have led to a specific regulation, to identify conflicting aims and to critically assess the selected solutions.deSchweizArbeitsrechtAusländerrechtAbkommen zwischen der Schweizerischen Eidgenossenschaft einerseits und der Europäischen Gemeinschaft und ihren Mitgliedstaaten andererseits über die Freizügigkeit (1999 Juni 21)ArbeitnehmerEDIS-5050Ausländische Staatsangehörige als Arbeitnehmer : Rechtliche Fragestellungen an der Schnittstelle des Arbeits- und Migrationsrechtsdoctoral thesis
