Abstract
For the management of tourism destinations, the exchange of data between public and private service providers offers a potential competitive advantage. Unfortunately, such cooperation is often difficult due to the heterogeneity of the stakeholders. This article shows how data ecosystem projects can be planned and coordinated using a standardized process.
