Description
Many nonprofit boards face the challenge of deciding despite fundamental disagreements between mission and economization.
Based on this observation and different research projects we develope a concept for practitioners to steer decision-making in nonprofit governance.
A first corresponding practitioners book is currently being reviewed: "How to Lead Decision Making. A Guidline for Leaders in Nonprofit Organizations".
