Description
Quality in the context of global operations has always been an important issue. However, since introducing excellence models in the nineties of the last century most scientific and corporate research has made no further progress despite of an ever increasing complexity on market and supply chain level. This benchmarking aims at the identification of successful practices in global Quality Management in our rapidly changing global markets and will deal with structures, activities and behavioral aspects at the same time.
