Description
Change processes in organizations are not easy to manage and many of them fail. In this project we investigate the role of small Groups in organizations regarding their capability to bring Change Forward. And even more we pose the question, if small Groups are able to fuel Change into the whole organization. We do this using a qualitative Approach including Group interviews. Organizations we investigate in come from the fields of telecommunication and insurance.
