In this project we investigate the design and use of smart personal assistants on macro (program level), meso (profile area level), and micro level (course level).
Macro-level: Use of smart personal assistants as a program evaluation tool
Meso-level: Use of smart personal assistants for the training of new lecturers
Micro-level: Use of smart personal assistants as individual tutors.
