Description
Target of the project "Development of Modular Service Concepts" was the re-design and modularization of the service portfolio of a global industrial service provider/ manufacturer in the mechanical engineering and turbo machinery sector. Based on workshops and interviews, the current service portfolio was recorded and documented. By integrating customer opinions, the as-is service portfolio was reworked and faciliated by the project team. Afterwards, the project team broke each service down into single single process steps and tasks. During interviews and joint workshops, the required average working hours were assigned to the single tasks in order to develop a modular service concept for simplified and automated quotation.
