The annual oikos Case Writing Competition aims to promote the development of new high quality case studies in the field of Corporate Sustainability (sponsored by oikos Foundation) and Social Entrepreneurship (Sponsored by Ashoka).
The oikos Foundation for Economy and Ecology at the University of St. Gallen established the Sustainability Case Writing Competition in 2003 to create a body of knowledge about sustainable management practices that could be used by university professors at business schools around the world.
An international panel of leading faculty that study sustainability issues in management reviews the cases in a double-blind review process and the judging committee gives written feedback to each case contributor.
