Abstract
Global enterprise resource planning (ERP) programmes are usually initiated topdown, but the ubiquitous access to company process information leads to the empowerment of trained employees at all levels of the company. The success of current global ERP programmes depends on a wide range of factors, which often are installed already in the early phases of a global ERP programme. Therefore, success can be predicted early on in the programme. The paper describes the construction of a predictive assessment method of success probability of global ERP programmes.
