Supply chains today are facing multiple challenges, and they need to constantly adapt in order to succeed in a rapidly changing and unpredictable environment. To enable supply chain resilience while maintaining efficiency, and simultaneously achieving sustainability goals, these aspects need to be considered in an integrated manner. This paper examines the relevance and current implementation level of six enabler categories from three different stakeholder perspectives for what is known as Supply Chain Viability (SCV). Furthermore, concrete actions for stakeholders to achieve SCV are presented. To this end, we conducted multistage focus group interviews with senior experts in the respective subfields.
