Abstract (De)
This study reconstructs how a hospital coped with the COVID-19 pandemic by using a paradox lens, based on a longitudinal ethnographic study over the past two years. The study reveals two inter-related paradoxes to explain the dynamics of the process. This insight expands the prevalent understanding in literature of disruption by proposing a both-and approach to handling disruptions.
