Abstract (De)
The article reports an ongoing research as to how a Swiss hospital copes with the pandemic. Methods are ethnographic and data has been gathered since March 2020. In this paper, we focus on how learning occurs while coping with a disruption. We aim to make sense of our empirical observation that there was no explicit and systematic adaption between the waves, although literature on crisis management and organizationl resilience suggests otherwise.
