Fleurop is a leading flower retailer with a global network of affiliated shops. Fleurop is publishing "Green" a corporate publication covering both, the florist and the management side of the business.
The 2/2014 issue prominently features leadership as a topic and award winning journalist Jan Thomas Otte has interviewed the Humanistic Management Center's Ernst von Kimakowitz on questions of cooperative leadership styles and why business ethics matter.
This issue of Green highlights the benefits of a cooperative leadership style, the illusion or reality of flat hierarchies and the return of what only a few years ago would have been seen as "old fashioned" values in management.
