Abstract
This study presents an empirical investigation into multi-tier supply chain financing strategies, focusing on deep-tier financing mechanisms to foster financial stability and resilience across supply chains. Through a directed qualitative content analysis of grey literature, I explore structural arrangements of multi-tier supply chain management, including closed, open, and transitional triads, and their implications on financial flows. The study underscores the importance of extending financial strategies beyond first-tier suppliers to include SMEs, highlighting the necessity for inclusive financing approaches in mitigating disruptions in complex supply chains. This research contributes to both academic knowledge and practical applications in supply chain finance, offering insights into the development of resilient financial frameworks for supply chains.
