Abstract
In the last few years, major changes have been noticeable with regard to working conditions. The temptations are great, and they need to be dealt with in an entrepreneurial and prudent manner. If they are not, there is nothing less than a danger that expert quality will generally deteriorate. Lawyers must therefore assume a double responsibility: as managers of their law firm or legal department, on the one hand, and for the preservation of their own employability, on the other hand.
