Abstract
A controversial debate. Sustainability is not hype, but a permanent challenge. And lawyers face a double challenge: externally as consultants and internally as company managers. ESG offers new consulting potential, especially after the recent ECHR judgement . Just as previously the areas of compliance, data protection, cybersecurity, ESG and now also AI, are allowed to and still offer consulting potential and business opportunities.
