Abstract
Elite quality provides a unique picture of future human and economic development. The rich datasets are supplemented by detailed expert analysis as the report strives to serve as a structural reform guide for governments—especially in emerging markets—to plan policies for growth that encourage elites to build and run businesses that eschew rent-seeking and instead create value for both society today and future generations.
