Abstract
On the occasion of the 11th International Tourism Symposium in Zermatt, highranked experts of the mountain railway industry looked back on a successful season 2007/2008. The slight growth of the ski industry was discussed, especially under the consideration of actual questions and trends. New approaches have been revealed.
