Abstract
The presentation and the subsequent panel discussion highlighted the main elements of the public-private partnership between the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and arvato government services. Opportunities for the German public sector were illustrated as well as constraints to the transfer of this PPP model which predominantly arise from the regulatory framework.
