Abstract (De)
Restricted Deliverable - The purpose of this document is to describe the different analysis methodologies that will be applied in the course of the project to elaborate a comprehensive analysis of the business potential of the Smart Products project results.
The business case analysis will focus on the three pilots that are developed in WP 8, 9, 10 by our industry partners Philips, Fiat, EADS. We will examine which business impact can be expected once the SmartProducts pilots are made operational. Here, our purpose is two-fold: on the one hand we intend to support our industry partners in deciding whether they should further invest into these pilots once the SmartProducts project has finished. On the other hand, we intend to achieve more generalized insights into whether and how SmartProducts results can be turned into business success in other domains.
