Abstract
The article focuses on the role of the Trans-Caspian International Transport Route (Middle Corridor) in the current geopolitical and economic context. The author examines historical prerequisites, transport and logistics projects implemented in the Caspian region, and the significance of the Organization of Turkic States for enhancing connectivity among the countries of the region. Particular attention is paid to the role of Azerbaijan and Turkey, as well as the prospects and challenges of integrating Central Asian states into this corridor.

Die Analyse befasst sich mit der Rolle des Transkaspischen internationalen Transportkorridors (Mittlerer Korridor) im geopolitischen und wirtschaftlichen Kontext. Der Autor untersucht historische Voraussetzungen, Infrastrukturprojekte am Kaspischen Meer sowie die Bedeutung der Organisation Turkstaaten für die Entwicklung der Transportverbindungen in der Region. Besonderes Augenmerk gilt der Rolle Aserbaidschans und der Türkei sowie den Perspektiven und Herausforderungen der Integration Zentralasiens.

L’article examine le rôle du corridor international de transport transcaspien (Corridor du Milieu) dans le contexte géopolitique et économique contemporain. L’auteur analyse les antécédents historiques, les projets d’infrastructure logistique réalisés sur la mer Caspienne, ainsi que l’importance de l’Organisation des États turciques pour le développement des liaisons de transport régionales. Une attention particulière est accordée au rôle de l’Azerbaïdjan et de la Turquie, aux perspectives et aux difficultés d’intégration de l’Asie centrale.
