Description
Die Bedeutung der Luftfracht nimmt trotz internationaler Krisen stetig zu. Besonders in den Branchen High-Tech- und Automobilbauindustrie, Maschinenbau sowie der Pharma- und Chemie wird Luftfracht nicht mehr als Notlösung, sondern integraler Bestandteil der Supply Chain angesehen. Die Faktoren Zeit, Sicherheit, Kapitalbindung sowie eine Vielzahl produktspezifischer Anforderungen spielen dabei eine entscheidende Rolle. Anhand der Studie sollen neben der Auswertung volkswirtschaftlicher Daten die Luftfracht-Bedürfnisse der verladenden Industrie der Schweiz aufgenommen werden, um eine objektive Grundlage für zukünftige Investitionen in Luftfrachtinfrastruktur und die Entwicklung von Regularien zu schaffen.
