1999-2016: Managing Director of the Executive Programs at the Institute of Management, University of St.Gallen: P&L responsibility, conceptual design and implementation of open enrollment executive programs (compact courses, CAS, DAS) on all management levels. Development and implementation of customized in-house programs for numerous national and international clients. Cooperation with leading business schools like Ross Michigan, Cranfield, ESADE, WU Vienna, SDA Bocconi, EM Lyon, RSM Erasmus.

1996: Visiting Associate Professor at the Hitotsubashi University, Tokyo.

Since 1995: Senior Lecturer in open enrollment executive programs at the University of St.Gallen (Executive MBA, Diplomas of Advanced Studies, Certificates of Advanced Studies, short programs) both in English and German.

Since 1994: Trainer and facilitator in corporate development projects and strategy workshops on the executive and the senior executive level.

1994-99: Senior Researcher at the University of St.Gallen.

1994-99: Guest Lecturer at the Wirtschaftsuniversität Vienna.

1989-92: Research Assistant at the University of Duisburg/Essen, Duisburg; founding Editor-in-chief of "M&A Review".
