Abstract
This research identifies the major dimensions of ERP flexibility from the perspective of end-users. To explore the concept of ERP flexibility, on-site interviews were conducted with twenty members of a leading European clothing manufacturer, with such members ranging from functional employees to the CEO. Results of analyzing the interview data using content analysis highlights that end-users view ERP flexibility in terms of five major dimensions, or ways to be flexible, specifically systems connectivity, process integration, hierarchical integration, user customizability, and consistency.
