Compelling data reveals the untapped talent pool of women over 40. We ran a comprehensive survey engaging over 1,200 professional women in Switzerland across all sectors and management levels. 90% express a desire for further career advancement. Age does not diminish women’s career ambitions, neither does parenthood. However, despite their qualifications and expertise, women over 40 often find themselves overlooked. Find out what to do to change this.
